: (1) The employer should pay attention to the following things while testing the pressure plant and boiler connected to the workplace:-
(a) Whether or not it is of modern design and quality (b) pressure plants and boilers not properly maintained and kept safe,
(c) Pressure plant and boiler should not be operated at a pressure higher than the maximum pressure. (2) The working operating pressure determined in the pressure plant should be marked with a red mark on the pressure gauge.
(3) A suitable drain or valve device should be installed at the bottom of the pressure vessel to drain the liquid.
(4) The water level indicator of the pressure vessel shall be fitted in a suitable manner.
(5) The pressure vessel system shall have a suitable stop valve which can be isolated at any time from other vessels or sources of pressure generation.
(6) Digest steam jacket pans in sitting cylinder and safety valve and pressure gauge must be installed in other pressurized vessels.
